A St. Patrick's Day Survival Guide

Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone!  Are you celebrating with some corned beef and cabbage today, or did you do too much partying last night to even think about eating right now?  I love St. Patrick's Day, but today I feel a little melancholy because Jim has to work, the weather is gray, and I live far away from my crazy, hilarious, Irish family, who will most definitely be celebrating together.
Here's a list of some St. Patrick's Day things I thought you might enjoy. May you have warm words on a cold evening and a full moon on a dark night.

After standing in the grocery store, eyeballing the prepackaged, corned beef, I decided I would just make barley soup today.  I couldn't handle the fact that it was sloshing around in blood, or that it wasn't even close to being a natural color.  Why is it neon pink?!  Can someone explain this to me?

Here is a cute Irish Tale to read to the kiddies at bedtime.

Would you eat a green cheese sandwich?  This one scares me, this one doesn't.

Who needs a daily multivitamin when you can drink this, instead?

My favorite Irish lullabye.

Too much green beer?  Check this out and feel better.

An old favorite.

Gotta agree, that first sandwich was not appetizing at all. The 2nd however just might be my lunch cuz I'm thinking I have ALL those ingredients!!

Thanks Lana!
